firstly welcome to ukbride and congratulations on your wedding

now the matter at hand,i honestly think the only thing you can do is talk to your mother and ask her what her intentions are, sooner rather then later, for everyones sakes

Just ask her what she plans to do. She can still help you even living in america.

If you read some of our stories on this forum hun you will see that even if mums live just around the corner it doesnt necessarily mean that they will be involved, or come to the wedding for that matter! Its not a case of distance, its more to do with the relationship you have with your mum. x

Hi hun, welcome and many congratulations.
Is it just recently that she hasn't contacted you or has it been this way since she moved? As the other girls have already said you need to speak with her. Send her another email explaining how you feel, there may be other reasons she's not phoned yet. xxx
