I bought mine in Sweeden a year ago on holiday in a sale, I know exactly how you feel dainty and wide don't come together except from specialist suppliers and then they are always way too expensive, Summer weddings are not too bad as you can get strappy sandals and end of the summer season so may get something in the end of season sales. What colour, style, width fitting are you looking for. I got fabric shoes so they have more give in them and a sling back again to allow an extra bit of stretch. Will you be able to see your shoes or do you have a full length dress. I did go to a wedding where the bride lifted up her dress at the end of the ceremony when she turned round and she had Doc Martins under everyone thought it was hilarious, it was so her.
Yea I agree, New Look do a whole range of wide fit shoes x x x

I'm having the same problem lucyd - but I looked on the Clarks website yesterday and they've got some lovely wedding shoes in - in wide fit - and even have a built in gel soul for comfort. I'm taking myself out for some retail therapy tomorrow I think ;-)

There are plenty of online wide-fit shoe retailers...I just don't know any off-hand. Have you tried googling it?

I've just seen some lovely ones on the next website. I've got really wide feet so have been quite worried about finding anything suitable.

Thanks everyone for your replies! The next ones are gorgeus but the heel is too thin for me, lol!! I dont ever wear heels so i really need something chunky, a bit like me really!! The last thing i want to do is fall over in the church, how embarrassing!!!!

I got my bridesmaid some from debenhams by debut they were only 16 pound they are not advertised as wide but they are they also do large sizes and have a low heel. They are ivory satin sling back sandal with open toe and a diamante thing on the front.
