It is only 14 days until our wedding day. And I was just wondering if anyone else feels guilty every time they have some thing to eat. I eat pretty healthy. Tonight I had chicken and salad and I still feel guilty. I think its the thoughts of my dress and not beingwtm get in it which I know is silly.
And why is it when your so looking forward to something. The days just drag by. I'm so looking forward to the week after next. As we will be so busy and getting prepared.
    So excited. !!

you have to eat. If you dont eat enough you actually gain weight, trust me I know! You are just getting a few nerves kicking in about the dress but the dress will be fine. Dont worry about the dress.

cant wait to be Mrs Evans less than 3 weeks woooo
    start weight 10st 1.5 lbs
    weight now 8st 4.5 lbs
total loss to date: 24.5 lbs now need to maintain!

the best thing to do is try not think too much on it as suzky says you need to eat. you are eating healthy as you said and not gorging on junk food etc so you dont have to worry. everything will be fine and you will have a fab day.xxx

I get the same feeling at times - not that I'm that close to our wedding day, but just generally because I'm trying to eat healthily. But honestly, what the other ladies say is bang on - you need to eat to keep your metabolism up so keep having what you're having, drink plenty of water and you'll look a million dollars!!

i wouldnt worry if ur eating healthily. me and my sis were just talking about this today as i have my dress fitting tomo, and i think i have ganied a bit! she said not to worry because most brides lose a bit before the wedding with all the running around and planning and nervousness etc so im hoping that will keep it off me before the big day, but certainly dont feel guilty to eat, ur going to need ur energy! x good luck for the big day!

I can't wait to be where you are on the count down. I know what you mean about the guilt, I'm finding it really easy to watch what I eat but every now and again I just want a dirty burger. I know it's not gonna hurt me to just have one naughty thing but it plays with your mind. I hope the next 2 weeks start flying.

    I can't wait until 29/06/2013

You'll be fine, i'd say its perhaps more nerves than anything? I hate it when days drag! Its awful, then when it comes it just flies by!

If you eat healthly 90% of the time then having a 'treat day' actually does you the world of good as your body goes into shock and so speeds your metabolisum up to get rid of it from your body. Its better to eat than starve yourself. Try and keep your metabolisum up by eating every 3 hours.

You will be fine. I cant wait to be so close to my big day!

2 weeks before the wedding, you shouldn't put enough on to not fit in the dress. Especially if you have a corset back, you should be more than OK :)

Don't worry hun, you won't gain anything, you'll probably lose it.

My sister had/has absolutely nothing to lose at size 6/8 but her last fitting was 4 weeks before her wedding, on the day, she put her dress on and with all the stress leading up to it she lost weight and it was loose on her!
