Im getting married in 16 days and I have never felt so miserable. I actually feel like bursting into tears at any moment. I cant understand why I feel this way. Pretty much everything is sorted for the day, I cant wait to marry Mark, I love him so much. Im sick of feeling this way and want to be excited and get a wedding glow but dont know how to.....

It's definitely emotions. One of my friends said she spent the week before her wedding either on the verge of tears or crying, and it was all just emotions spilling out. Go have a nice bubble bath and shut the world out for a couple of hours xx

Are you friends with Ali? Sounds like your both having a rough time right now, feeling low.
I wonder if the build up has been so exciting, that now that everything's done, you're burnt out? Just do normal things and put the wedding to the back of your mind for a few days. Don't do any pampering or prep until a couple of days before, that way it will be keeping it special and together instead of bitty and here n there.
I have every confidence that on the day you will wake up like a child on Christmas day, full of excitement and glowing xx
