    I am :)
It's meant to be a surprise but I figured it out because of the dates; my bridesmaids are taking me to Hebden Bridge Burlesque Festival, as I'm a Burlesque dancer and a lot of my friends are performing that weekend :) so excited!

I wanted a kinda last girlie hol before marital bliss and I know this might mean not everyone will come but hey ho, I know my besties will be there and that's all that matters! X

I am having one, just got no idea what as my BMs are organising it. They get VERY excited when they mention it which makes me nervous, as its probably something they would love, me not so much lol. As long as it has no strippers - I'll die if it does!

I am having one...no idea where though or what I am doing...the BMs are setting the date this weekend and thy will be planning it completely while I am travelling so i doubt I will know until I am back in the UK! I am so excited and SO glad that they are planning it all and I don't have to lift a finger or make any decisions! I trust them completely anyway, they know what I like (and more importantly what I don't like!) xx

Haha yeah I know :) just trying to find a time when everyones free.

The idea we had was to go out to a local drag cabaret show in fancy dress - villains only, having a villains night out. Not sure if's still going through though!

If it's centra parcs. Nottingham you will have a great time!

Me. I'm probably not having one. My idea of a night in the pubs is hell and I just don't fancy it tbh. At a push few drinks in local town would suit me.

Know this sounds mean but would rather add cost of hen night onto honeymoon and have something a bit extra then

I'm having one but am only going to have a night out where I live as my best friend is unable to stay away over night and it wouldn't be the same if I never had her with me

I had a Hen weekend that my lovely bridesmaids (sister and best mate) totally organised/arranged for me. All I had to do was hand over the guest list and approve the two venues and hotel. The rest was down to them and they did the best job ever!

I'm having two as I'm at uni so I'm having one with the uni girls and then another with everyone back home! But I have no idea what I'm doing for either of them as they are sorting it all out and I'm not allowed to know details until the day! Xx

I'm having one and am semi organizing it with my BMs. I have always wanted to do a spa weekend, have never done one and thought it would be the perfect time to do it. Much champagne and other goodies to be had as well over the weekend. I've been told what weekend its going to be but will look for the right spa with them.

There has been more stress and tears over my hen do than the whole wedding. It was all booked to go to brighton in march there was about 12 going then a month and half before everyone started to drop out. So without really wanting to agreed to go somewhere closer to home for 1 night instead with my sister in law saying she will help organise it and my mother in law would go too because it was closer. Now the date has changed to 25th may they complained when i said i wanted to do pole dancing so now we are doing cocktail making instead which was their choice that i thought would be quite boring. And now people are complaining about how much it will cost so we're not staying over night. And now iv said i want fancy dress thats been knocked back too. And to make things worse my h2b has just got back from his stag to benidorm with 15 of his closest friends and cant stop telling me how good it was. I just feel like this is going to be the worse hen night ever :( sorry about the rant its just getting me down. X

That's a real shame Dan. I always thought that the hen do should be what the bride wants and everyone goes along with it. I can understand money restraints for some people but would've thought that they could at least pay for one night if they couldn't do two. There are plenty of cheap hotels these days and doubling up will keep the cost down. Perhaps you could try and suggest this them to show your flexible but also stick to your guns on what you want - its your hen do!

im intending to leave mine completely in the hands of my two maids of honor - one is my sister and one is almost a sister we've been friends so long. I'd like to think they know me well enough to know what I would enjoy, and they aren't selfish enough to just book something they want to do x

Mine will be 20th-22nd June but I have no idea what my BMs are organising. I suggested Centre Parcs because I want everyone to be able to go off and do things they enjoy (some like being at a spa wheras at least one would absolutely hate that) but then I also found a really nice cottage we could hire. I recently told them that I think the cottage might be too expensive and I was told that they'll sort something out but I really don't know what to expect. I might drop a few more Centre Parcs hints.
