I'm finally getting round to doing my passport. 3 years later lol. Finally made the decision to change my name properly. Feels sad though saying goodbye to my maiden name. Only still using it for work but feels strange not having it for anything official.

I forced myself to sit down one day after we returned from honeymoon but before I went back to work and made myself just get through the bulk of the organisations I needed to change my name with. I also took a few hours down the high street in the banks to get those changed. It does take a while. I only just changed my passport a couple of months ago after we got back from our 3rd anniversary holiday.

I've still got a few to do. I keep finding things that need my name changing on them and still haven't done my passport! Got a week off work in a couple of weeks so will crack on with it while I've got the time and peace and quiet :)

That's a big help thank you! I'm going through all this at the moment, all I can say that it's such a pain in the bum! All I've done so far is my passport, they've just returned my marriage certificate. With just one copy and everyone wanting the original I've got to do it one at a time, this is going to take a loooooong time lol. I'm going to change all the essentials but stuff like my nectar card etc I'm just going to leave in my maiden name! xxxx
