well after a sleepless night due to the heat and jumping on the scakes and it reading 9st 11 and half pounds, tonight at 5.15 I am re-joining weight watchers.... this way having someone shouting at me if i let down the 'team' will defo help. I never fail when I re-join the group so fingers crossed. Will have to eat all the Ben and Jerrys this afternoon before I go because from 5.15, its healthy tea and low cal food all the way :)

I was calorie counting, but divorce stress and a few other things means I'm mostly on a Cadbury's diet right now. I will get back to it, especially seeing as I have my ex's signature on the absolute form sat next to me for me to post off. I might be able to set a definite date for my wedding soon, so I really should get back to it soon. This thread has been very inspiring :0)

I go to Weight Watchers every week but just recently it's really not happening :( works too busy to have lunch breaks so its just a matter of grabbing a chocolate bar for the energy which is shockingly bad for you anyway and then getting home from work and binge eating on rubbish coz I'm too starving to cook....... Really not ideal! lol Hopefully after my week off I'll feel more motivated Well done to all you ladies who are being good!!! xxxx

why dont you stock up on sainsburys good for you ready meals? They are around 400 to 450 calories and only take a few mins in the microwave so isnt tehcnically cooking? I find they work wonders. In terms of lunch, its like that where I work so I have brought those small pre weighed packs of kelloggs cereal and leave skimmed milk in their fridge,,,,, i have a bowl of this every lunch time at about 170 cals when I am trying to lose weight, Hope that helps... not ideal as not enough calories per meal but you can top it up and its a good starting point instead of a bar of choccy x

i need some help girls, my nan is 70 today and wants to go to the harvester.... i have just looked and everything is really high in points, even the sea bass that is only 360 calories, yet the lamb steak has more calories and is only 13 points but the sea bass is 15 points. I think I may ignore the points and just pick the lowest calorie options but I dont know how to go about this and still look like I am not dieting as my nan will get offended. I never have fruit as pudd. How am I to get around this and still lose weight?

I am panicking because yes I have lost 2lb so far and weigh in is thurs but its the first week so realistically I should lose around 4lbs and I have this meal AND a spa day on thurs right before weight in.... I am pooping it!

I have 4 stone to lose, my wedding is in 2 years (almost exactly from toady). I am using a famous calorie counting website to help me, it is great, because I can eat almost anything in moderation, it tells me how many calories to eat and how many are in the food.
