My ohs aunt has really annoyed me.. My nan died years ago and i suggested to my dad that because she isnt here maybe it would be nice to get a photo of her in a nice frame for the wedding day so that she could still be part of it in some way. Even though shes been gone quite awhile now it is still very raw for my dad because of things that happened when she was here. Despite this he thinks it is a wonderful idea.. My ohs nan also died a few years ago so beause i am having a photo of my nan i asked if he'd like to do the same, he spoke to his mum and his grandad who both agreed it was a lovely idea. We have now found out today that his aunt told his mum and grandad that it is not happening, its ment to be a wedding not a morg and that she is putting her foot down!! Putting her foot down, who does she think she is!?! We said from the start that if it would really upset anyone we would do it, but its not that at all with her she just wants to put her foot in somewhere. I wouldnt mind if she had said that she doesnt like the idea and wants to speak to us about it but she didnt she just said its not happening. Arrgghh im so annoyed with her, i dont like her much anyway and this has just made it worse. Sorry for the rant.!! xx

i lost my granny 4 years ago. she was my best friend, my soul mate! i love her more every daqy even though she is not here and i would not walk down the aisle without her! it would not be right! i have bought a special photo frame for a photo of her so i can see her smile and carry that with me on my most precious day! and its not because its morbid or anything like that and it is certainly not for anyone elses benifit.....but it is there to remind me tnhat she is there with me in spririt! go for it anyway! it is your day and it will mean the earth to you...........it will feel like she is there with you if you have her photo and it will be a lovely way to remember her.....you will probably appreciate her company :-) ( ooooo.....im shedding a little tear now ) xxx
