Searched hundreds over the past few weeks. I have to email a design I would like at some point to the patisserie in Paphos. Would like to do it sooner rather than later and been stuck between these two for over a week.....Croc has inspired me tho to take the cat by the tail and get on with it. This will NOT be for my trash the cake one decided to have a completely different cheap as possible one for that. xxx

I chose number two because I'm a mathematician and it's more equally divded! The proportions of the first one hurt my mathematical brain!xxx

their both great - i think number 2 just takes it for me, could you not send both to them, and see if they could merge them somehow into a 1 dream cake if you cant decide??

mcewan you have described my nightmare cake! Mine is three perfectly square cakes stacked perfectly neatly on top of each other with exactly the same amount of cake showing around the base of each tier... I'm carrying my set square under my dress just to make sure

definately 1 to suit your location and theme. If you are still using pearls you could put them on too!

Ahh Jilly nice of you to remember. Yeah I want to incorporate the pearls in both in one way or another. Love number 1 as it has grapes and the evening meal where the cake will be served has vineyards all around. Love 2 as its so detailed and the champagne pearls would look lovely around it. Arghhh lol xxx

but thats why I love 1 as it will fit in with where your reception is and I love the grapes etc. Number 2 is fab but very traditional and very English. Just going with the Greek goddess thing the grapes add to the banquet feel for the Greek Gods! You could even have grapes dripping down your table centres!

Sorry maybe I should have explained better Dee but I mean have one for your wedding in Cyprus and the other one for home party for those that you couldnt have at your wedding or who couldnt come. Unless of course you are not having a party at home when you return from Cyprus, then just ignore my bletherings lol.
