I ordered my petticoat on the 15th of May from Ann. She has told us that it was sent 2nd class on the 17th May.
Does 2nd class post normally take a month? And is it normal for me not to get a notification that it's been sent out?

Yea, my mum already is. But Ann said that we have to take it up with the Post Office because it may have been delivered when I was out. But I'm always in when the Postman has been coz that's about the time when Ollie has his nap. My mum has sent another email and has said that if she gets no response she'll be claiming the money back via the bank. xx
