As I booked through 8@ holidays I have to wait for them to contact me. Apparently 5@nd@15 won't deal with anyone direct who booked via a holiday agent.

That really sucks! We all found out through f@c3b00k instead of from $@nd3l$. I would say keep calling them but that might annoy them to the point they will not want to help more than they have to.

It would have been £2k more expensive of we'd booked and paid for it ourselves! Basically we're getting a resort we'd never have paid to stay in.

Thats amazing news IDL! To be fair to them, 5@nd@15 and the travel agents seem to have been very good in compensating those affected.
I only know of 1 that had to cancel their wedding due to being in a large group and alternatives were not suitable. Everyone has either upgraded at another resort or have booked for the following year.

We are due to go to Mexico in 9 Weeks.

Hi Rhi, yes they do honeymoon lists, we have chosen not to do it but they showed us how easy it was and they even print the insert cards for you invitations too.
