I brought mine from a one weekend only discount wedding shop. It was in romford, essex. I went there thinking I wouldnt find anything but they were all beautiful and all designer. It was very hard to choose. All the dresses were under £300. My dress was brand spanking new, I was the first to try it on. Some of the other dresses, u could tell had been tried on a few times, but mine was crisp and new.

I picked mine in the same shop my mum got hers from, but I wasn't prepared to pay £595 + £125 for the veil so I googled the dress designer and code and found it online for $358 from a MASSIVE american online wedding dress shop; and they throw in free veil and shoes. It's $75 postage and I'm expecting about £100 import taxes and duties, so it'll come to about £400 including veil and shoes! Bargain!

my one is coming from a shop called prima donna, its in norwich. i fell in love with it in the window and when i tried it on i just knew i got butterflys in my stomach, and my mum was almost crying. its costing my mum £800 for the dress, £25 for the pettie coat and up to £120 for the back to be altered as it is a buton up and i want a corset back xx

I found my dress on an industrial estate in Andover where my parents currently live it cost £640 and the designer is Hilary Morgan of whom i had never heard of until i tried on five dresses from her range but the one that gave me a fluttery tummy was one of her dresses that wasn't in my size but i knew it was the one..so we went back the next day and she had found one i could try because she knew i had fallen in love with it:) Ann is a wonderful womanxxx

I got mine from Banardos. Sounds horrible but I found out at my appointment it was used twice on a catwalk, designer (cant remeber the name), retailed at £1500-£2000 in bridal shops and it cost me £200!!!
Its winter white, heavy satin with chiffon overlay, beaded and swarofski crystals on the bodice and train. Now the only snag is I have to shrink from my current post baby size 22/24 down to slinky size 14 by next April......... NO pressure!! lol xx
