I'm sure i've read on here about alot of ladies writing to their h2b's favourite sports team to see if you can get a signed 'something' as your gift to your h2b on the wedding day. I think this is a really great idea and would like to see if i can get something. When should i start contacting them though? I dont want to do it too far in advance for fear that when the wedding comes and i give him the gift half the team have joined other clubs etc but i dont want to leave it too late that i dont manage to get anything because there isn't enough time to sort it.

If you are getting hitched in 13 months, you will be coming up to the end of the season any way. There are 2 transfer windows and the one closest to your date ends 31st Jan. But it maybe that he has a fav player so any time would be good. ;-)

i just emailed customer services. abother b2b gave me the email address but if you go onto their website it will say on there.
i had an email back yesterday saying they will ask harry rednap to write a letter to Eddie on his wedding day and asked for our address!

When I wasnt well a couple years back, I wrote in and asked if I could just buy a ticket for a particular game that always gets sold out! I wasnt asking for freebies, just the chance to go to a home game against the arse. I got 2 tickets and a signed shirt!

Ahhhh Harry is soooo nice! The end of teh first home game against Liverpool, he sat outside in his car for well over an hour signing autographs and was so pleasant. Think you really do have to try and get your timing well, as if it is out of season he wont be "in the office".
If you dont have any luck let me know and I can ask my mate if he can help out. He is an avid signature collector, and on one shirt has almost collected 125 signatures from past and present players! (Your H2B will understand the significance of the 125 shirt, assuming that you think I am crazy!)

Not too early in case the team changes. I sent mine out 2 week ago and havnt received it yet, i have sent it to Liverpool :) Will let you know when i receive but hopefully it wont be too long! xx

The Spurs team wont change now as the transfer window is closed until the end of the season. Unlikely that Harry will leave now, unless the England job comes knocking.
Thats a shame. Have you thought about getting him to read at the reception the messages from "absent guests" and everyone will be able to see his face?
