Hi just wondering how many weeks before the wedding do you do your table plans ? I would of started doing mine about now but my sister is getting married next week and she has had to redo her plan only yesterday for the 4th time as people are letting her down.
maybe she is just unlucky with her guests but i was just intrested to know if i should leave it for a few more weeks

We started a provisional one, and it was a nitemare! So do it as soon as possible. There will always be some people letting you down!

Our caterer needed final numbers 2 weeks before, so we did the seating plan then so they knew how to set the room - I had a last minute addition 48 hours before but thankfully we had individual table cards so it was easy to fix last minute!

Luckily I'm not going to bother with a table plan. We're having 20 guests on one big table and as long as I sit by Rob everyone else can sort themselves out. I'm not envious of you ladies trying to organise all those people. Good luck!
