Hi I was just wondering how long before the actual day we need to sort suits out for everyone? We've been given a couple of quotes so got me thinking x

Hi,
When I got married we went to our local the suit hire shop approx a year before the wedding, but they told us to come back 6 months before our wedding instead.
Hey said this was in case they changed their range. I guess most companies will have their own max/min advance booking times.

HI, we get married in just over 6 weeks and i only went and ordered the suits on Saturday; this was fine as they said the fittings need to be at least 6 weeks before, so they'll go over this weekend to try them on :) xx
Whatever you do don't do what we did... I wanted my OH to start looking about 2 months ago, well, he didn't start looking until Good Friday, and then decided he wanted to lose a few lbs before ordering (he's having one semi-tailor made). We're ordering it this Thursday and with an expected production time of 6-8 weeks, and the possibility that tweaks will need to be made when it comes in, we are cutting it very fine and I'm not exactly jumping for joy lol.
I would advise starting to look at least 6 months before, possibly longer if you're hiring and your date is potentially popular (eg Saturday during July or August). He might not find something straight away, esp if he's buying, so it just gives you a nice cushion and avoids a last minute panic!

We went in March for a try on for H2B and have been told to go back around November time for everybody to get measured up. We've paid a small deposit on them already and we get married in April. We wanted to make sure we got the colour we wanted.
