Hello, do you think I should do my favours now or wait till week of wedding? They are cookie mix in a jar... 1 layer flour and bicarb, next light brown sugar, then porridge oats then choc chip cookies (guest adds own egg at home) i want them done and out the way really but question is should I? they should stay fresh and I've got 35 to do so ideally could do with doing them TIA xxxx

Ps- they're going into Kilner jars... X

Have you got a spare couple of hours that you know of closer to the wedding to do them? If you still have lots to do and you know they will stay fresh - which they should do because I doubt people would bake them straight away anyway and those ingredients keep- then go for it.

As they are all dry goods they should be fine if you do them now and they are sealed in the jars ... after all flour stays in a paper bag for months !!
