there is never a right time to have children. there will always be reasons not to. ie- havnt been married long, only just started new job, cant afford it etc.

i havnt got children but i know babies are expensive but you just cope when situations arise.

I dont think there is a perfect time. i became pregnant in july but lost it in sep. h2b was adament it wasnt the right time for a baby and asked me to get rid of it. i told him that he either accepts the baby or i will leave him as getting rid was not an option. in the end he did support me but then i lost it so wasnt an issue.

i told him i wanted to try again a number of times to the extent he told me to shut up abput bl**dy babies!!

If you are pregnant then congrats and yes you will get by!!

Absolutley agree, there is no good time to have a baby. It definitely wasn't good timing for me to have my second two years after my first at the tender age of 21 and completely on my own - but I made it work and although things have been tight at times my girls have always had everything they needed - just not always everything that is wanted! You will find that you find a way - and in a few years time you'll wonder why you were ever worried about money in the first place :)

i was worried what my mum and dad thought aswell but my mum was very supportive but dad agreed with h2b.
she will prob be different this time as you are married.

are you late yet? the longer you wait after your late the more hcg or whatever hormone it is shows up in a test xx

I had my baby at 16, she wasnt planned but im not ashamed, shes the best thing thats happened to me and im a great mum, but im not with the dad anymore after months of trying, it just didnt work and i hate that it didnt. But now im with h2b and he is a wonderful stepdad and i feel im very ready for a family, i'm desperate for another baby! Only thing is, h2b cant have them :'(

I dont think its just about money, i think you have to be mentally ready for another too, but if you are skint or have no money, you will get by, theres so much help and support out there.. i had no job at the time and it was a bit of a struggle but now i'm far better off, training for childminding and being paid for it (:
If you are pregnant then a huge congratulations, all babies really are little miracles no matter how many you have!

I got pregnant within what I thought was a stable relationship whilst working out in Spain.. when the father said he wanted nothing to do with me or the baby I had to go back to live with my deeply disapproving mother.. I had no job, no friends and wasnt even eligible for benefits for a good while and survived on much begrudged handouts from family. Like other people have said, a baby is something you just budget around, there is never a perfect time but you will always manage :) fingers crossed for good news for you hun x

you can never plan a baby they come when there ment to!!
i had my daughter when i was 15 she was not planned and i ended up single living with my parents then i met my h2b when my daughter turned 3 ! he loves her too bits and is a fab dad to her, we had our son the year after kind of planned and then i fell pregnant with our second son who was unplanned. h2b was worried about money etc and wanted me to hav a termination but in the end i told him to accept it or leave!! he came round and loves all our children, you always find a way! as long as there

well on the last break from one born, i went through to say "look im goin to have to take a preg test just to rule it out"

my word he was as cool as a cucumber just said "ok" ..so went on to say its only cause i dont have any periods that i can never be sure ..and he;s like ok cool..then looked at me and said "ur lookign worried" im like "course im worried" then mike replied "why..means lucas gets a wee brother or sister..thats what you want isnt it" and i said yes..it would be a miracle if i am cause of having pcos..and he's like well there u go..i said im just a worrier..and he's like i know lmfao...then i said i worry what my mum would say and he said "dont you dare worry what ur mum thinks stuff her" :D

so its all go if i am!!! :D

Short answer: There is no right time!

Like the other girls say hun there isn't a "right" time. Don't worry about the money, you will always get by and remember that you will provide the wee one with unconditional love which is worth more than any amount of money :) I'm really excited for you. xxx

And in response to your question, i agree with everyone else- there is no 'right' time! Unfortunately for some, people who have difficulties getting pregnant don't have the luxury of deciding when they would like to have a child in any case! So, if you are, I say take it as the miracle that he/she is :D

losing weight does help as its how my friend who has polycistic ovaries conceive. She was trying for 2 years so really happy it worked out - yr not big tho hun but if it helps and you will be mega happy with 2 babies then that will be amazing - good luck hun xxx

lol, good point hun, my friend was totally obsessed with calanders and ovulation tests etc, and tried so hard to get pregnent as they had been trying for 4 years ! the minute she decided that ivf was the way to go and she stopped all the tests etc so was pregnant within a month without any medication, the dr said it often happens and stress can play a huge part in getting pregnant !!!
