Seen the vicar yesterday and had the wedding wrote in the church diary for 21.07.2012. Me and h2b were really excited as now the countdown begins...got the champange out ect. went into work this morning and everyone is saying i should get excited its a long way away and stuff??
So exactly am I allowed to be excited lol any thoughts???

you can be excited from the day you get engaged! lol. And everytime you reach a milestone, or get something sorted, youll get excited! I smell jealousy lol. The only people that dont enjoy talking about weddings are the people who arent getting married. lol

Get excited the min the ring is on your finger!!! :) and your getting married on a great day!! were getting married then aswell, so i know just how far away it feels!! but the flipside of booking everything early is you get quoted prices for 2010 and thats what you pay! I have already saved £250 on my photographer because i booked her back in feb, down she has doubled her deposit and added upto £250 on photo packages!! so pleased!! :) xx

I agree with everyone else on here :) I started getting excited from the moment he proposed in April and have been planning ever since. I love everything about it as stressful as it does get at times. I can't wait till my big day :)

I got excited the day he asked me and I've been like it ever since! Its your big day so it doesn't matter how long you have to wait for it you can be as excited as you want. I've found that friends and family can get bored of listening to it all so I come and get excited on here.

I went into a dress shop this week and I did it on impulse, I got in there and she said I could try anything on I liked and that she was in Sale so if I liked something to order it now or buy the sample dress even cheaper, I told her my wedding wasn't for 2 years yet and she laughed saying she had bookings for 2013 so not to worry. I just don't want to fall in love with the one this year then find another the one next year! I got giddy over one dress then sheepishly ran out before I was tempted to try on in my minging undies :)

Im on my third date :-( but im still excited hehehe we started off setting a date for 29th april 2011 here, then changed to may 2012 in disney florida with a party in november for those who didnt come. Now thats off we have kept the party date and are going to use that for the whole thing which is 6th november 2012 so over 2 years away and im STILL EXCITEDDDDDDDDDDDDDD :-)
