We're getting married on 8th October 2011 and we're having an autumn themed wedding. Got loads of ideas for cakes but struggling with flowers. I dont want roses n stuff like that. I was thinking of having a bouquet of leaves instead of flowers (i'm quite unusual lol). Im also not having a white dress - its copper, red and gold (so far anyway lol). Having it made next year.

My OH has very different ideas to me about what this wedding is going be like (hes wants a big wedding, I dont and never have) but at least we've agreed on a theme hehehe.

Anyway, just wondered what all the other brides are having :D

Our theme is Champagne and Chocolates, that's the colours and the theme of the day. I like your theme, I would probably have the same if we were gettin married in Autumn

Wow the leave bouquet sounds amazing especially if you can get some rusty red leaves etc in it. Very unusual!!

I'm a summer 2012 bride and having a vintage garden party theme so pinks, baby blues etc. Lots of vintage china and bunting!

Im getting married May 2012 and we are having Lime Green and Silver as our colours, don't really have a theme as such aslong as it feels fresh and summery to me. Although i think i will be using limes in my centrepieces if that counts?

Autumn theme sounds fab with leaves in your bouquet you could have some conkers/pinecones & berries too! It'll be gorgeous. Instead of normal sashes you could twist some straw (like on don't tell the bride the other week!) it'll be stunning & your dress sounds gorgeous!

We are having a winter wonderland, fake snow, twigs, fairy lights, skeleton leaves & pinecones :) Colours are Aubergine & Silver & 91 days and I can't wait!!

I'm getting married summer 2011 and my theme is claret, diamond white with a hint of gold (although gold still not 100% decided).
Our theme was pretty much chosen for us as the colours are to do with our children and thats whats important to us, so that was agreed straight away (even befor the date lol) xxx

I love the idea of a leaf bouquet and think that you are going to look fabby. I'm sure the h2b won't care what colour your dress is as long as you are in it.

I'm getting married in September but I'm just sticking to colours I like which are gold and ivory.
