God... just realised that it's only 88 days til the big day... 12 weeks!!! lordy lord!!

i tried slim fast a few years ago and in the first week lost 8lb but i was soooooo hungry and started pickin so i only lost about 2lb the next week and lost patience with it. i am now trying to train myself so wen i feel hungry i go and drink a glass of water and it does take the edge off, also its good drinking water and its clearin my skin up lovely xx
what do you do with the tea do you sub it for food ? or will it make me less hungry

no its an appetite suppressor but it just makes me wanna eat crap, altho that bit might be me. bought another box and gonna really stick at it as got a beautiful dress to fit in wknd after this. you just pop it into hot water, cover for 5 mins then drink as fast as possible before you're sick lol

Dr Stuarts Slim Plus, £1.85 for 20 bags... Smells fennelly!! Acts as a suppressant, tastes better luke warm (in my opinion) does the job for me thanks to the girls on here tlalking about it. Its one of those things I guess, have to give it a try to see if it works. I wee now more than ever, lol! Kxx

Lol, I'm afraid I'm to blame for starting the Dr Stuarts tea fad.... Ive lost 2 stone since March 25th and I think a lot has to do with the tea, its a wonderful appetite suppressant. And you are right Karlie.... it does make you wee more too! But its really good stuff and I swear by it!

i did start doin a bit of exersize but to be honest i am far too lazy ha ha. i only drink it 2 or 3 times a day thats all i can bear. and i also trying to drink loads of water too xx

i usually have two cups a day, perhaps 3, depends on if i get the munchies! i try and have one mid morning instead of a snack, same in the afternoon and one in the evening if I feel myself getting hungry. Its excellent stuff.

oh man i forgot my tea today :( gutted! its only like £1.99 for 20 tea bags so its a real bargain :) just started it yesterday and its alright... its no full fat coke but its drinkable :) xx

You can get it in holland and barratt as well. I've bought some, but so far havent been able to use it properly, as i'm not feeling well, so not eating anyway.
I had a couple of cups and i really like the taste of it, but i do drink some weird teas. xx

I don't think it helps you go to the loo-it smells aniseedy but doesn't taste as as strong as it smells. Not very pleasant at all, sooner have earl grey lol
