ok im currently scrawling thru fonts for the the actual table names and im struggling which to have ... can anyone recomend a good one ...What are you having??? please hel cause this is taking forever ...lol xx

Depends on your theme hon, we went for a simple font on the invites, but our names in fancy script to make them look a little bit posh!!! Calibri or Verdana are good casual fonts. Can't remember the name of the swirly one we used. xx

We have gone for Raconteur NF for our table names and Table plan as we wanted an Art Deco look . Our invitations didn't look right in the same font so we went for something a bit more elegant and traditional looking -Lucida Handwriting. I think the important thing is to try typing everything out in each font before deciding , we tried a few that looked fine at first but when we typed certain words or combinations of letters it was unreadable which kind of defeats the object lol! xxx

tnankyou.. i dont seem to have Raconteur NF as an option and the table name theme is past and present footballers And im using upper and lower case not just upper..just very unsure which to choose
so far i like Jucie ITC Palatino Linotype Pristina..... but the one im liking the most which i have just gotten to is "Vivaldi" just not sure its suitable ???? xx

You can download more fonts theres some free websites if you go on google xx
For our save the dates, I've used two fonts. The main one is a font called farafone bold, and the second one is a font called uglyqua. The main thing is to pick a font that will reflect you and your wedding. I'll put a link on your wall where you can download almost every font imaginable.

There are some amazing fonts, i used two downloaded fonts for our wedding invitations... there's Edwardian Script which is the flowing font we used for our names and then Champagne & Limousines for the rest of the invite wording.
I would use different fonts, the standard PC ones are nice but for a special touch, new fonts people may not recognise are always better! And to use them, download them and unzip into your fonts folder in windows. It's easy enough to do x

Okay download them, the file will be a zipped file. If you save them to your desktop so they are easy to find, then right click and extract or unzip the file to your 'fonts' folder which will be in C/windows/fonts. Once they are in there, they will show up on your font list in Word.

were using Palatino Linotype as our invite font but weve got evanescence font for the table plan ha ha ha xxx
