as it says what kind of car are you all having on the day, we're undecided as of yet had a few bad experiences with hire companies when we've been looking into them so thats making the choice even harder. xx

sounds nice hun :) are you hiring from a bridal company or an executive car hire company, i had never even thought of going to an executive car hire place but a few people have suggested this as they have some really lovely cars for a lot less money ! xx

ours is a beauford. I was wanting a horse and carriage but was scared about the weather aspect.So i went with the beauford which i can get the roof pushed all the way back for lovely pictures, if it is dry and then up so it will not blow out my hair/ or keep the rain out. LOL My h2b is getting their in his own car, and i am not getting another. I told my mum if she wishes a car for her and/or the bridesmaids she can pay for them. I would rather use our own cars so the next day we have transport home.

oh i love the beaufords theres a gorgeous one in the hire shop in my village i wanted but ive called and emailed them 5 or 6 times and had no response so gave up ! nice choice :)
also a good idea having your own cars for getting home thats a much more sensible idea ! xx

We're having a white VW Camper - complete with ribbons etc...I love anything to do with them and managed to persuade h2b that it'd be a good idea - and he said yes!!! lol

i think the cheapest i have saw is about £170 each, as for the beauford it was £300, so it depends what car you want on the day. A horse and carriage is £350 near be, but unless you stay near the church and reception (within about a mile or so) you will need a car along with the horse.

i was gunna go for the traditional beaufords etc but my mum's seen links for some really crazy cars like the batman's car, the one from knight rider told h2b and he wants something like this. Even saw wedding VW beetle's which are far cheaper than the traditional...might see if I can blag myself a fire engine haha

We are being cheap and using our own car, but it is a lovely Volvo S80, and my h2b loves his Volvo so it is the obvious choice, lol. Just get some ribbon and I will probably make some pretty paper pom-poms to decorate the back shelf. Save a fortune better put to our honeymoon as well. :D
