I'm putting together a spreadsheet of how much I budget and how much I have spent on stuff. But apart from adding the basics, ie stationary, wedding dress, bridesmaid's, groom's, groom's men, car's and rings, I cant think what else to involve. An suggestions Please? Thanks xxxx

Food, suppliers, entertainment, table wear, what you would like, priorities, payments owed and paid etc..... we used highlighting and had the spreadsheet set up so we could both access and update. This meant i was able to highlight thikngs in red when they needed urgent attention and ryan would be able to sort it.

Mine includes:
Venue/room hire Registrar fees/marriage certificate etc Food (canapes; wedding breakfast; evening buffet) Drink (drinks package; money behind the bar; water and soft drinks for non-drinkers) Music (string quartet; band) Chair sashes (we want a different colour to the ones provided for the ceremony) My dress, lingerie, shoes, jewellery, and veil OH's suit BM's outfits Flowers Stationary Rings Transport Overnight accommodation Hair and make-up (doing my own make-up, but buying special products) Favours Gifts
The best thing to do is make a list of everything you want, and include it all in the spreadsheet; if you leave little bits off here and there, it can seriously add up, and you could end up not budgeting properly and finding you have a shortfall.

and the columns were: budget actual difference paid outstanding
and notes and totals.
