Hi all as our wedding reception is in a marquee there is no where to spend our wedding night. Would you go home or book in to a local hotel? X

Book into a hotel close by. When we were looking at places that had no rooms, we would have if we had chosen one

And if you drink, make sure a bottle of bubbly is on chill so you can both sit and have a drink and talk about your day before heading to bed.

Defo book somewhere near by. Our reception is only about 10 min drive away from house but across road there is a nice hotel so it's kinda an extra treat for our first night married :)

Yeah book a hotel..... Finish the day on a high too xx

Flossie, I'd want a coffee, my PJs and my slippers lol

We gave a bridal suite at our venue but to be honest I'm not very good at staying away from home. Hopefully I'll be ok for this one day

It's so lovely waking up and having someone cook breakfast for you as well, we left the hotel shortly after that and went back home as the older boys were there with the kids.
