    Hi
All of our family and friends will be involved in the wedding and I really dont want to put the dog into a kennel as I really dont like them. Does anyone know of a decent kennel in Cheshire or north wales? I really wanted to have him with us on the day as he is our version of a child but h2b wont allow it.

Brilliant... thanks for the idea. I really dont like the idea of a kennel, leaving him there for two days not knowing whats going on poor thing... we normally have a family member look after him when on holiday so he would be really confused as hes never been there before and im sure theyre professional but I always worry about how well they get looked after.

Also ask local dog walkers as they will have experience with dogs and may just take them in for you. Either that or a good neighbour? Are you getting married far away from where you live? We are getting someone to take the MIL home to check on her dog half way through the day etc so he is staying at home. He will get a good walk in the morning before they leave, another one when they go to check on him then they will be home at night so he will be fine doing that. Maybe you could arrange something like that for yours?

thats the issue... never once been in a kennel and I know I wont be able to walk away and leave him. Yes we are getting married an hours drive away... all the way up in crewe hall (oh i love it) so noone can have him.... dont really know the neighbours well enough but I will defo look into these 'doggy sitters' as that sounds the best option. Thanks girls
