After lots of discussion we have finally decided to go ahead and have a gift list, it seemed like an easier options cos everyone kept asking what presents we'd like (which is v lovely of them all!) However, i have NO idea what sort of things you put on there. Me and H2B live together so have the normal things like plates etc, tho these are only ikea/matalan jobs. Thanks girlies!

Why not ask for vouchers for somewhere like Argos/John Lewis/Debenhams, then you can put them together and buy the big stuff you actually want? :o)

How about looking through the Argos catalogue for ideas of things you havent got but might like, that might help you create a list!

We have our gift list with John Lewis...we did a preliminary list online and then went into the shop and got one of those bar code scanners and just scanned everything we wanted or need. We picked a large selection in all different price categories so there should be something for everyone!

We are jus moving in together and havte nothing, so our list covers all the basics we need like pans, plaes etc, and some frivilous items as well. Most of our gifts were under £25- even £10- but could be bought in sets to make bigger gifts if people wanted.

we also live together and so what we put on our website was that we didn't need any gifts however if anyone felt that they still wanted to; then could they send a donation to the H4 Heroes charity and then we inserted a link direct to their web page
