no idea yet, A girl at my work has just told me she's in a string quartet and I've been listening to some of her music. Thinking of having them but not sure yet. If we do have them then maybe an instrumental version of Metallica's nothing else matters as we're having that as our first dance song.

I did toy with an accoustic version of nothings guna stop us now (our song) but decided I wanted traditional. sweet child of mine sounds amazing tho!

We are having a Lord of the Rings theme wedding so I will probably be walking down the aisle to some of the movie music. Or I quite like Mike Oldfield. Our first dance will be On a Storytellers Night by Magnum

My other half wants Ginuwine Differences as our first dance but i think it is too fast. Its "our" song but im not sure. Ive been toying with the idea of having the instrumental version of Endless love to come in to. And i do agree with you Hailz i love Lonestar.

I have no clue what I'll walk down the aisle to, but our first dance is going to be Can You Feel The Love Tonight, Elton John piano version and my MoH is, hopefully, going to play it on the piano for us :D I love 'Two Penguins in Love' (youtube it) and it's so us. We have a thing about penguins...and pigs :P

i have no clue what i want yet (sigh) but im a member of my ymca choir and we have just been asked to sing at a wedding and walking in they are having 'goin to the chapel and we're gonna get married' and walking out again they are having 'i will follow him'

i like Amazed by Lonestar and my H2B wants that as our first dance but i like so many other things we may choose something else.
I like the song I got you by Nikki Flores but can not find it anywhere to down load or buy to make up a cd playlist of the songs for our big day!
I also completely forgot about songs for signing the register! Do you really need one or is this just a nice optional thing!
My brother and his wife had my cousin piping the guests in which we are going to do as well and also had a lady playing the flute while she walked down the aisle and they signed the register! xxx

Depends where you get married I think, my sister got married in a civil ceremony and there was no time really to play anything but when my cousin was married (church ceremony) bride, groom, parents of both, and witnesses went into a separate area and we seemed to spend about 10-15 mins to get everyone to sign so I'd ask whoever is doing the ceremony!

We're having some Lord of the Rings(the lighter stuff) whilst everyone is waiting. The Piano by Michael Nynam for my walk. Dreadzone for the signing of the register and Star Wars the Throne room for our exit. Glad we've got it all sorted and on cd, now we just have to get a stereo down to the church as they don't have one. Our hymns are Give me Joy and The Lord of the Dance. xx

Well my H2B and i have just been listening to some songs!
I just seen a wedding video of a bride and her father dancing to the song "butterfly kisses" and i cried! (may be coz its my lady week soon, or that it was just too beautiful, or a mixture of both lol)
Need ideas for walking out of the church!

We are having an instrumental of 'tale as old as time' from beauty and the beast for the aisle song. Hoping to get a harpist to play this, if not will be a harp on a cd lol. Then having the Ghost Soundtrack (the film ghost) Righteous Brothers- unchained melody for our first dance. Its a film that really touches us both and we watched it together when we first got together, and it will make everyone cry rivers :) x
