Drink lots of water! And buy a toner for after u clean ur face...it's amazing how much dirt u can't just wash off! And if u get breakouts start using a spot cleanser like clearasil, they have a great new range out...but u need to give any thing u use at least 6-8weeks to work properly so need to get starting now really! Also those skin/hair/nail supplement vitamin pills are great too x

Stress causes breakouts, so try and stay as stress free as you can. I know it's hard but it does help.. Also A-von have a clear skin professional range, it's a 3 step regime an it's fantastic! Have a wee look for it, it's in silver bottles. Ones a scrub to open up all your pours and clean them out. Next step in toning pad which removes the excess dirt and third is a correction lotion which help keep the breakouts at bay. I recommend it to everyone, it's even really good for those with acne too. Also, don't wash your hair everyday. Leave it 2-3 days inbetween washes. I know it makes your hair a bit greasy but it replenishes all of the natural oils which makes your hair healthier ;) x

I always do a routine once a week where I fill up the sink with boiling hot water then pop a towel over my head and keep my face as close to the water for as long as possible - then (with clean hands) squeeze all the sections of your skin where you are getting breakouts (as an ex nail-biter my hands are always near my face so I get breakouts real bad round my chin). Then I use a good deep pore cleanser then a toner and finally a good layer of tea tree. It really helps with bad skin days! :) xxxx
