are many people having the luxury of seat covers lol, the company local to me charge £2.95 for the cover and sash..also the venue we are having has different size seats so think we may give the covers a miss

I don't think they are worth the money they cost. I don't think people miss them if they aren't there and only notice them if they are.

I need them cos my chairs are awful. My H2b is in charge of this so obviously its not done yet! lol

Have a shop around, if you get "diy" covers sent, you can get them from about £1.50

Ive had a qoute of £36 for 50 chairs with sash from a company. But we have to do them ourselfs then send them back the next day. :-) was REALLY pleased as thought would cost a fortune and my chairs are awful so need something on them.

im paying £3 a chair, which for 200 isnt bad, and set up etc is all included in the cost.
if you are undecided about having them, have you asked ur venue if you could see some pictures of the venue all set up both with and without covers??we did that and it was unbelievable how much better it looked with them, and that swayed our decision.

Im paying £3.50 per chair cover and sash to be fitted! Which looking at some of your prices seems to be a little more expensive than most, hmm I just got the booking form through the post 10 mins ago! I might go and look into this further x x

well she said it was a crinkled effect taffeta which i thought would look good as its going to get creased with ppl sitting on them most of the day, so why not start off that way lol

Is anyone taking there seat covers off at night? We only have 65 guests during day and 150 at night the hotel have said they will take them off in the turn around of the room I think it would look silly some on and some not but I can afford to get them all done for night xx

were only getting 50 for the day guests so when the meal is finished the hotel is packing them up for me. It will be dark at the reception so noones gonna notice the chairs, plus there will be less likelyhood of them getting ruined by spilled drinks when people get a bit more tipsy (youll have to pay for damages, stains etc)

I paid £130 for 80 seat covers and they will all be mine to keep or to hire out!! My MIL is making our chair cover so I can keep them and hire them out mke a bit of money from them - she is making our organza bows aswell which she is going to personalise so I won't be able to hire them out again but she can make bows for anyone who wants to hire the chair covers!!! xx

We need to cover our chairs as we are having the wedding indoors most likely, and they look like conference chairs.

Ours are £3 each and include setting up, collection etc.
