I think you've got everything covered, don't forget to put a time in for any evening invites - we also put a note in about a bus as we're providing transport for guests between the church and reception, and we're keeping the menu a surprise till the day as it's a choice anyway :-)

Looks good to me although I'd ask if they have any specific dietary requirements :) I'm not having directions, mainly because most of our guests are either local or going on the coach provided but I think as long as the others have the full address including postcode it should be sufficient x

we are not including the menu but on the rsvp have given guests the option of adding in dietary info e.g. vegetarian. Our guests unfortunately have to have a set menu.

We have invite, rsvp card and envelope, information card, gift list cards from companies.
Info cards include map (if printers managed to find a clearer one than they showed me the other day), directions, accomodation details, local hotels nearby, taxi numbers, info about confetti and dress code, website information.
    Hope this helps

    Thanks all.

I'm not including a menu as it's a set 3 course meal, however our guests do have the option to select vegatarian on the RSVP.

You've all been a massive help! Thank you! x

we arent including a menu, its jsut a buffet, nor directions as everyone either knows how to get there or is going on a coach. We are also putting local buses on our facebook page anyway.
We have also put details of confetti and bubbles and dress code (we simply put this as smart attire please, and if possible pink and /or white, but this is our preference and is optional) on the website.
the only guests we are sending inserts to is those who dont have internet access

In our invites i included obviously the info date time etc lol, Then directions and hotel acc for guests coming from a distance. I did include a menu (and very pleased i did) i also asked for dietry requirements/allergies and whether a highchair for the kids was needed. I did not bother with RSVP cards or SAE as wanted to keep costs down, i figured if ppl wanted to be part of our day then surely they could either send us a little card (which most did) and i also included an email adress for ease, and loads used that too :)
I then included a note in my own words about not having a giftlist but if ppl wanted to contribute towards our honeymoon spending money then that would be appreciated.

I am making my own confetti cones and using rose petals for the confeiit (guest may also bring their own - my venue has no rules about this) bubbles will be in the kids gift bags. xx
