I am wearing an Alfred Angelo dress (no. 1516 in eggplant). It has quite a long train and i was wondering if anyone can advise on what kind of hoop to wear underneath. I've been looking at them and there are so many different kinds that im a bit confused.
Thanks Rach

Have you thought about asking the bridal shop where you got your dress what they reccomend?

Why not just ring the shop and ask them, then you can order whatever it is that you want x
oooo the dress is gorgeous hun! I think maybe a underskirt would be better than a hoop. You might run the risk of being able to see a hoop as the dress is quite a line style. When i tried dresses on similar to that the bridal shop always put a skirt rather than a hoop.

The only way you would know is to try the dress with the hoops-you'd be suprised just how different they can make the dress look. The one im wearing with my dress in the pic on my profile is a double hoop with netting-it's actually what they classed as small! lol I think most dress shops hire the hoops out at £25 so i wouldnt worry too much x

My MIL stitched a fold into my inner skirt, we then fed a metal tape into the fold and adjusted it to suit the dress. It was perfect and the bonus was it was all in my dress. No messing with another skirt xx
