the first page is the church name, order of service for the marriage of so and so to so and so and then the date at the botoom the second page is the song ure walkin down to say 'bridial march'.... by whoever its by hymn- then the words of ure chosen hymn then the marriage conducted by NAME OF PRIEST signing of the register hymn again wiv words readings by....... prayers?? blessin weddin march or watever ure walkin out to
u can sing more than 2 hymns just speak wiv priest wiv ure order x

You need to include the words to your hymns as well, there's nothing worse then nobody knowing the words! Also put in the priests introduction or welcome, not what he's going to say but just - Introduction by...... Also if you are having music playing when signing the register put that down - Signing of the Register - whatever song it is Recessional - Exit music
It doesn't need to be long, but do include words to prayers, hymns that you want people to join in with. I'm not sure about a civil service though as I haven't been to one sinc I was about 8.

The well known website - named after the stuff you throw at a wedding - has lots of templates on there than you can use under 'planning your wedding', I think you have to register but everything is there with lots more besides.
