Hi, I am getting married in a registry office and have heard that they usually provide a few simple decorations of flowers etc, but really need a bit of help on how you go about ordering your flowers. Should I order flowers for decoration at the ceremony? or just leave it at my bouquet and the bridesmaid boquet,button holes etc and then concentrate of the reception flowers,
Also my at my reception (being held in a hotel) as part of the package we get candelabras on the tables, this is fine, but does this limit me on what I can do with table decorations. Im just really stuck with what flowers you need! lol Any help would be much appreciated! :)

Hi, my mum got married at a registry office and she just got a table arrangement made for the table that you sign your paperwork at, depending on the size of the candelabras and your theme you can climb ivy up them add flowers to them just depends on the size if you ask a florist she will be able to guide you on what you can have.

I'd get flowers if your budget can take it. Just a nice tabletop arrangement would be nice if it isn't provided.

Ohh thanks for your replies, its just so much to take in when your planning a wedding- I had thought maybe to just get a table top arrangement for the table at registry office... what happens with it after though? Im thinking of going for fake flowers- heard foam ones are very realistic. Im very shocked at the prices of real flowers from florists.. I just havnt got that kind of money!
Thanks for the ideas for the Candleabras, was looking at flower garlands and little silver butterflies to hang off the arches on them
Were getting married at our venue but were not having any flowers for the table where we will sign the register. What you could do is have a decoration for the registry office and have assign someone to take it for you to the reception venue and pop it on your top table that way you dont have to fork out twice for basically the same thing. x

i'd speak to the registry office and ask what the flowers are like and see if u can see an example or photos to help you see what ur getting to help u know what u need to order x
