Hi guys, Ive made my own table plan (bit of card and a frame from the Ra Nge lol) Anyway, Ive planned the tables in my head of where they'll be in the venue, so that all our groomsmen and bridesmaids are nearby the top table, h2bs grandparents are close enough to be able to hear everything etc.... but how do I tell the venue that this is what I want? do I draw it for them? Im confused :( xxx

Hi, have you used the table planner on here? Thats what i did and just printed it out and gave the venue a copy. They said that that was quite sufficient for them xxx

Most venues will confirm it with you anyway but draw it out or use the table planner on here and give them that x

I would just draw it out like you said and in pencil athen its easy to make last minute changes etc. x
