i sent out my wedding invites last week. the bestman phoned us the other day and told us that his wife and kids wont be making our wedding, i thought that was a bit funny, only to find out the reason is she dosent like me, ive only met her once and she was absolutely blotto then, im so p****d off its unbelievable what do i do?

i would meet up with her - if you have only met her once then i see now reason how she can hate you!! it would also be strange for the best man to be their without his wife and kids for no proper reason x

It seems weird she can't just shut her gob and be there for her husband being best man, even if she doesn't like you!
Having said that, it seems odd she should decide that from only meeting you once. Are you sure that's the case? Maybe she's embarrassed that she was so drunk when you met her?

tell me about she has refused point blank to go , i doubt if she would talk to me either she is that type of person, she is very in your face, and would prob tell me to get stuffed and thats putting it politley, yet her husband is such a lovely man.

she wasnt embarassed not by far, she rekons she didnt take to me, although i was invited to her house for her husbands 50th birthday party, ive known him a while though, i didnt kow anyone there and i just kept quiet. i dont seem to understand.

i know that some people just dont 'gel' very well for no reason - but you think she would make the effort to go and be by her husbands side.Although if she is not a very nice person maybe you are actually lucky that she isnt going x

Nah, no-one will notice that he's not with anyone. He may well be without them on the top table anyhow. And all his attention can be on your h2b. Win win :)

i dont judge people but i dont understand, she has known myh2b for a few years now, im so cut up, there is always one that trys to ruin your plans.
