no not at all..my mother in law isnt contributing so im not buying her flowers!! (we can be harsh together lol) for the best man and ushers we are getting them cuflinks (bestman,usher,father of the bride etc)..so they can keep them plus we are think of getting tankard with personalised engraving on it including there role and the date of our wedding :) xx

I got my bridesmaids beautiful bracelets from debenhams ;) all different as hey have different tastes as a gift however I am also going to get them a photo in a frame of me and the bridesmaids as a gift after the wedding x
I am also buying a little box of little things for the hubby to be ;)
And for the hubby to be dad we are getting him an engraved hip flask!!! The ushers and best man not so sure yet
Page boy I am going to get him a little thropy saying best page boy with a bag of sweets hehe x
We bought our bm gold earrings so that she could wear them for the wedding. Our best man and usher are really into computers and gaming so we got them a gift card for 'game'. And we ordered a bouquet for each of the mothers.
It was pointless buying them tankards or anything personal to the wedding - as they would have only been put at the back of a cupboard somewhere. At least with gift cards they got something that they could use and something they were interested in.

We bought the bridesmaids/ flowergirl necklace and earring sets best man a set of best man cufflinks pageboys a little six pence pieces saying thank u for being here on our day and hope the six pence pieces bring u luck for the rest of your life and the usher some usher cufflinks xx

I have bought the bridesmaids silver and ruby rings to match the colour of their dresses so they have a reminder :) ushers not sure yet nore the best man - will need to discuss with the groom about them ha ha parents I am thinking nice glasses rather than flowers

i bought my teen bms and flower girl the same pearl bracelet for them to wear on the day (they're sisters) and I bought the adults a crystal necklace and bracelet, again for them to wear on the day. Adam is having his brother as best man so he is buying him a watch which he is going to get engraved on the back. I suppose we'll be buying the mums flowers, but at the moment there's only mine that has contributed anything!

Both our parents are contributing in some way so everyone's getting gifts however i don't think ur being harsh. Everything adds up and thts cash tht cud b used else where xx

i have brought bm's a watch and personalised wine glass, also they can keep jewellery and shoes, best man will prob have a tankard, i am also not getting mil 2b flowers, same reason, she is not contributing at all, she isnt even bothered! x

I will be buying the BM's their jewellery for the day, cuff links for the boys (maybe socks as well!) I might pay for their rooms at the hotel (practical gift I know) depending on budget closer to the time
