Me and H2B are trying to come to a discussion about what sort of wedding we want. Both being Jewish we both would sort of like a jewish ceremony (though if unpractical it's okay not to)
If we have a jewish wedding we cant marry friday sundown to saturday sundown which causes issues with timings.
    So are options:
    Friday day
    Saturday after sundown
    Sunday

we are thinking at the moment of getting married in Scotland where H2B is from but we live and I'm from the other end of the country and so are a lot of guests. Also planning on a wedding Oct/Nov time.

    What would you prefer?

Could you go for a Bank Holiday Sunday? Or are you set on Oct/Nov?

Preferably I like a wedding on a Saturday and not too early.. H2Bs nieces was on a Tuesday and it was such a pain cause we had to book the Tuesday off, but also the Wednesday because else we'd have had to leave at like 8pm as H2B is up at 3am for work, plus it was either drop his son off home at 7.30pm or have him over night so we could stay later, which was another reason we had to book the day off.. Most people had left by 9.30pm as they had to get home as they had work the next day..

Bank holiday Sunday would be good for most people, but if you're dead set on oct/nov then you obv can't do that xxx

Only problem with a Saturday evening is that wedding vows need to be completed by a certain time, I think about six o'clock so that might rule out doing it after sunset. Sunday would work as long as anyone that normally attends church is taken into account. With Friday you just need to give people plenty of warning.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.
