we are providing a glass of pimms and canapes after the ceremony, 3 course bridal breakfast with two glasses of wine and one sparkling for toast, then evening buffet. Favors are rose scented and shaped candles wrapped in tulle. In terms of entertainment, we are providing the SQ, cariacturist, band and fireworks so I think they have more than enough provided for them. We have already been told we are being too generous so we are not providing any more free drinks etc.

We have a 3 course set menu with no choice, evening buffet, arrival drink, 2 glasses od wine for meal and drink for toast. candle favours for women, miniture whiskys for men and goodie bags for the kids.
We were going to provide transport for eveing guest and to take day guests home but have decided against it as we feel if they want to be at our wedding the will find a way to get there and home again! Our ceremony and reception are both in the same place so its not as if the guest have to drive between the 2!
Our photographer is going to be there from first thing in the morning with myself and bridesmaids getting ready until after the evening guest have all arrived and had their photos taken and we have done the first dance.
We have a live band and then DJ with disco for our evening reception.

welcome drink canapes 3 course meal half btl wine with dinner drink for toast No more cash behind the bar - wouldnt expect that myself at a wedding and dont think our guests would expect it
