Im so excited! We booked our honeymoon today - 10 nights on a remote island in the Maldives. I actually squeeled when it was all booked and paid for :/ we have our own water bungalow with private jacuzzi, private sunbathing area and steps into the water. Other 1/2 had arranged a private meal on the beach but the travel agent let it slip, haha bless him he was well down that i found out and slightly annoyed with the lady. Im soooo excited as this will be the only time we have a holiday like this.

Sounds fab! I'd love to go to the maldives! I know lots of people who have had great honeymoons there!
There are so many people out there who will tell you
what you can't do.
What you have to do is turn around and say, "watch me"!!

We went with Kuoni and we've got 8 nights for 3700 for the 2 of us, with the superior all inclusive package which gives us free reign of the 6 restaurants, cocktails, scuba and snorkelling etc, in a deluxe beach villa with an option to have an overnight trip to a tiny romantic island with candlelit dinner and a water villa for another 100 which we book when we get there! It's the Kuramathi resort, be careful of using some like first choice etc as they are cheaper but use charter flights, which mean the flights are scheduled - a friend used them last year for her honeymoon and there was a delay on the outbound, which meant they had an overnight in the airport and then missed their stopover! As for weather we're going in September which is technically the rainy season but it only rains for about 10 mins a day and from Jul-Nov it's a cool 30 degrees each day so who cares eh!
