went for my wedding undies yesterday and if you have a fitting you save £5 on what you spend - so I thought I may as well have a fitting!! I have been a 36b as long as I have had boobs!! and she said I think you are a 36D well I thought she had lost her mind - off she went and came back with 36D bras and they fit!! like a glove I cant believe how much better I feel and my boobs look huge!! RESULT!!!

m&s did that to me same size as well faeth, the bra looks far too big for my creme eggs and i told the woman she was having a laugh but they fit like a dream shame i have to get measured all over again in a different shop since there bridal lingerie isn't what i want or need :(

Debenhams always great for fitting :D the one in glasgow theres one lady who doesn't even need a tape she just look!!
i used to wear a 38c and when i got fitted turned out I was a 32E! oops lol
does make a big difference recommend it to everyone who need a new bra lol

It was the same at metro - little miss - she didnt measure me just looked at me and said what she thought I was then went and got that size and I just fit!!

I used to wear a 40B ..lingerie shop measured me and told me that's what I was..always looked matronly..went to be measured at bravissimo..who just look at you and found i was either a 34F or 36E dependent on the style..nowt better than agood fitting brassiere. xxx

Debenhams are great, I got fitted there in Manchester recently. I went in 38b and came out 36d! I've never worn a d cup before

i have found debenhams to be the best place for measurements. always go there. i love their "Gorgeous" range! i have found that the measurements that do in there are always spot on. I went a couple of weeks ago. went in a 32E came out a 32F! I just keep getting bigger!! kind of annoying really as it harder to find nice bras and bikinis to fit! i also found that la senza do nice stuff as well at really good prices. the right size bra is the best thing to have ladies!! most women arent even wearing the right size, its really shocking. xxx

My other half lost 2 stone so i took her to see Sadie the bra lady to get measured and buy soem new bras, she used to be a 36G, now she is a 32GG,(she was gutted) I rekon she could loose another half a stone if she had a breast reduction.

i have lost a stone, but i dont think i have lost even half an inch anywhere :S, i still recon im a 38 :s, usually i wear 36 (as i prefer strapless and i feel the 38 will fall down )
As for bridal underwear i dont have a clue what to get :S

im a bit wary about this cos i went into m@s and had a fitting but the bra she fitted me with was the same size as i get now but at the time it was all flappy at the top where it was too big and too tight around my body but like an idiot i bought it anyway thinking she knew what she was on about! didnt last long!! although i have to admit i have gone up a back size in the last few months! oops! lol im just worrying about my dress now! last time i tried it on i had back cleavage!!! not a good look!!!

yeah i got fitted last week so i can get out of nursing bras and she's taken me from a 36c what i though i was to a 38b got some new ones and H2B was like wow your boobage look big.......lol

Just had to search out this thread...popped into a lingerie shop in town to see if they had any nice bridal underwear and the lady insisted on measuring me. I thought I was 36C and am actually a 34DD! :0)
Feel all busty! Lol! Didn't want to get the underwear set that I liked there and then though, thought I would see what size I am a few weeks before.

A few years ago - after I had lost a stone I thought I had better go and get myself measured, so wandered over to my local M and S. The lady measured me and said you are definately not a 36DD ( which was what I had been before I lost weight ) so thought great maybe ive gone down to a 34D - but err no I was a 34E!! how on earth Can you go up a cup size when youve lost weight. So after Ive lost 2stone I hope to god ive not gone up another cup size, Now that would be bad.

Clairebear, You can lose weight and still go up a cup size as the cup size is relative to the back size! A 'C' cup isn't always exactly the same, it depends whether it is a 32C, 38C etc! So your cup size may have stayed more or less the same but as your back size has changed, that means the correct cup size will still be bigger! Or something like that! I got measured a while ago and went from a 40DD to a 38E. Still don't feel like it fits properly though so maybe I should go and get measured again!

I wear a 40dd, and have been measured as that at deb-hams and by local underwear factory outlet that makes all the big names. I went to m@s and was told i was a 50A, i was just mortified. M@s are a load of old tosh!
