Well as you might know i went shopping with my MOH(bestmate) and my BM(sister). First shop we went into we found the bridesmaid dresses. They are over budget by £56. They are beautiful. I will be uploading the pics later. We went into Debenhams and the dress yes they where nice but they didnt look right on. Went to BHS and found the flower girl dresses but my MOH and BM didnt like them as they didnt think they would be nice on the girls. Fair enough. Went to Prefection Bridal and i tries on three dresses. 1st one was nice but not right the train was to long and it just didnt feel compy. 3rd one well lets just say when it looks nice on the hanger doesnt mean it looks nice on you. bet your thinking i have missed the 2nd dress.

Well it was beautiful. It was perfect(exept the price) The train is detachable which i can do for the ceremony and take off for the reception. It is Ivory , has beading on the b00bs, Coming down the front there is a little bit but not a lot. The back has beading on it and has buttons going down the back to the train and the train also has the same beading. I never thought i would find my dress but i have. Only thing is it is £800 told martyn and he went - I dont care as long as you like it and it is the one you want and it is easy to get off.

Went and had a look at there flower girl dresses too and then we found the ones i want for the Flower girls they are beautiful. They are £149 but i think i can have them made for less so it is not an issue.

Also I found a UK dress maker who makes bridesmaid dresses just as cheap as the china ones and that is making sure they fit perfectly too.

It is a Ivory dress from perfection bridal but i cant find it there book or Online. I have pics of me in it so it is not to bad i can show you. i just have to wait till my MOH puts them on the computer as they are on her phone.

My sister wasnt that bad. She tried on two dresses first on i liked but the second i loved she loved and my MOH liked so no complaints.

She was a bit of a cow when it came to the lady in the last shop( where i saw my dress) The lady in there was so rude. She asked my budget and when i told her she just didnt seem to care about what i wanted what i liked so me and my MOH kinda just done what we needed. She just tied up the dress but other then that she wasnt very helpful. We had to sort out veils and tiaras. She never came to ask if i liked any of hte things and kept looking at her watch.

Yeah. I am hoping i can find it in a different shop if not i will be getting ann to make it or a dress maker in Reading. I wont be spending £800 on my dress. That is most of the budget on one thing. I am going to write an email to the shop and complain about the lady the served me. She was rude and wasnt helpful.

I don't blame you and tell them how your mum would have been prepared to pay for your dress to help out but that experience just ruined everything.

That is because you don't pick the dress the dress picks you and you just have to wait until you find the right one.

I never cried either. It just depends on how you are as a person to how it makes you react but what is important is the fact that you have found your dress now. It may be worth you ringing around the stores to see if anyone has a sample for sale.
