well im back our date has gone from 4th may 2013 to 5th october 2012!!!! thats just 10 weeks away instead of 10 months and now its all go, go, go!!!!

Lots of reasons why, but short of it something kept going wrong and draining our savings like the bloody car making the big white wedding imposable!

but its all good we now booked our new date its at registry office then back to a hotel for reception (instead of at a really posh hotel for all of it) we going to have a sit down high tea for day guest then buffet later at night. speaches will be done after high tea and b4 the evening guest turn up.

im so happy the big day was turning into a nightmare with the pressure and money and was just getting way out of control! This way we will both be happy as i never wanted the big wedding anyways. its still going to be perfect, prob even more so coz we wont be going with out other things to pay for it. Everything the same, dress, bridesmaids, rings, centrepieces, table plan, just the venue and date will be different and no sit down wedding breakfast.

i guess along the way we forget what it was about, US, being married and enjoying a day with the people we love :) im made up! Im going to be Mrs. Mitchell in JUST 10 weeks!! my only regret is not having a lot of time left to loose the weight from my op's :( going to eat healthy but cant work out or exercise for atl east 4 weeks as i just had my operation last wednesday.

now just to get moving on...

get the flowers finished
my wedding ring dont fit due to having yet another op last week that made me bigger.

presents for mum
wedding transport
suits

haha i think its do-able in just 10 weeks! plus i have a secret weapon...my mum aka control freak! love her dearly but she likes to be in charge and get things done yesterday which is perfect at a time like this!

sorry its long just so excited! My day going to PERFECT now! xx

hehe i cant wait! its a good date, just around the corner! shame our honeymoon still booked for may :/ but oh well dont want to loose deposit on that 2. but we are on holiday in spain the week before we get married so should be lovely and tanned for our big day! then wait it out till may and go to mexico! still can be classed as a honeymoon right even if its taken later? x

i had my gall bladder out 8 months ago that made me put on weight as they done something inside me that messed up my bowels and stomach, then had an op to try and correct it but made it worse so gained more weight, then just had something done to try fix it again and remove my endometriosis at same time so i can atleast try and have a baby now. but every time they try to repare the damage they done makes it worse. gotta wait week or so for swelling to go down, then fingers crossed i stay same weight or loose. put 5 stone on in 8 months :/ went from size 8-16. (plus its not helping the medication im on.

Thanks ladies. does any1 know how long it would take roughly for a jeweller to make my ring bigger? its a plain white gold band! 10 weeks should be enough surely? im worried as to make my ring it took them two and half months to make due to being such a small size G. but surely just adding gold dont take that long x

I dropped my ring off at the jewelers and went for a coffee whilst the made my ring smaller.I went back and it was too small lol so went for another coffee whilst they made it bigger....it was about an hour each time for a plain platinum band. xxx
