I've done majority of mine :) venue, photographer, florist, registrar, venue dressing and a really surprise thing all booked, found and put deposit on my dress, going to a wedding experience stay next month to see wedding menu etc... Just sent out our save the dates, next on my list is to find a bakery for our wedding cake, then sorting bridesmaid dresses shoes etc.. Then suits for men and kids in bridal/groom party, rings the list is endless but will get there in the end! Have you and your H2B set a date yet? Xx

We're getting married abroad. All booked and we have rings, I have my dress and we have booked a room for a party when we get back. Just need suit for OH and organise party, shoes and little bits.

Even though I started last September it's flown by already! July 2018 is a brilliant month to get married Rachel and giving you enough time for your planning!! I hope you find a perfect venue :) xx

You know what i'd recommend it to anybody. There is so much to do, even without the gambling. Plus you have Hoover Dam and Lake Mead close by and you can also get to the Grand Canyon from there.

Our honeymoon is a suprise from my H2B family they booking and paying for it and we don't find out till our wedding day where it is :) but I know it's not too long a flight, as This will be the 1st holiday I'll have without my children I've never been away from them for longer than 1 night and never out of the country! I'd like them to be older as my youngest is only 2 xx

Ok now for my modly bit.....
FIRSTLY can I ask you all to read the forum rule thread that is at the top of the page as it not only lets you know all our dos and donts within the forum it also explains all you need to know with regards to our heart and points system as well as a few other need to know bits.
Secondly for all you newbies that havent a clue where to start please read a thread called "a brides checklist" this has an amazing list of exactly what to do and when, when your planning your wedding and is a BRILLANT help! To find this thread go to the search above and type in the thread name as above and the thread will pop up for you :-)
Thirdly when writing a thread please remember to use the search above first because most questions have been asked so there are many threads available that have some brillant tips and advice in them that would be a shame to waste simply because you missed them.
Fourthly alot of you have your profiles restricted. To get the full benefit of the site you need to unrestrict them so the ladies can add you as friends and so they can put links on the wall if your trying to find something as they are not allowed in the forum. To unrestrict your page all you need to do is go to your wedding page by clicking the wedding button above. Then under your wedding countdown clock there is an edit button. Click that and it will take you to a page where all your details are, at the bottom is profile settings so just click that to public and your all set to go! :-)
And lastly JUST ENJOY BEING A MEMBER OF UKB AND PLANNING YOUR WEDDING DAY

Most things are booked and bought my dress yesterday which I'm so happy about. Struggling to find bridesmaid dresses on a budget though! How far have you got?

Wow your doing brilliant! We have the Venue, registrar, photographer, DJ,florist,venue dressing, having a few surprises that we have booked also.... Brought my dress last month, doing bridesmaids in October flowergirls and men's and boys suits in January... Going to see bakery's in June and wedding licence....sent save the dates last month too, so most things done the list seems endless!!.... What colour scheme are you having do you have a theme? We're having ice blue and Disney theme :) xx
