not a problem, happy dieting, i think you will enjoy it, i certainly am, i know its only early days with me, but its just normal food and as much as you like for most of it, i just wished i had tried it along time ago. heres to many brides to be's happy weight loss x

My dad has lost 6 and a half stone in a year using slimming world so they must being doing something right. I have heard good results with weight watchers as well though x
