    lost another 1lb last night woop woop. Made up. Going out for tea tonight for a 600 cal meal but doubt that will affect my weight loss too much since its only 600 cals. Normally I would ruin the day if I knew I was going out but have been good. I had 2 poached eggs for breccy and ww soup and a granary roll for lunch. Just no idea how many points there are in a granary roll.

    Last night i cooked for 8, a mass creation of pork chow mein.
    I used lean pork, fried in fry light, with sliced red onion, loads of quartered mushrooms, sweetcorn, spring onions, ginger and soy sauce with noodles.
    Was sooooo yummy everyone enjoyed it and totally syn free which meant i could enjoy a few sneaky vodkas with the girls ;)
    I also had a couple of slices of pizza for lunch yesterday but enjoyed every bite and have followed plan the whole rest of the week so some flexi syns on a friday hopefully wont do me any harm. I will find out on tuesday at weigh in.

    I am work today, i have been snacking on lots of fruit all morning as i didnt have time for a big breakfast as had to be up and out for an appointment to pay my venue balance and finalise things before i went to work..... but have a choice in the cupboard here of jacket potato with baked beans or (much more likely) pasta in a tomato onion and garlic sauce followed by yet more fruit :D

    I have turkey mince at home that needs to be used, so will most likely make cajun style turkey burgers with sw chips and make some homemade spicy mango coleslaw and some sweetcorn.
    Diet??? What diet??? :D

    did my zumba this morning, and spent 6 hours shopping this afternoon, now I am CERTAIN shopping HAS to count as exercise lol.

    I LOVE the zumba and just dance, tho love the zumba game more. Still learning the steps though, but i just love it.

    I tried that my fitness coach, ONCE and it has sat in the box for the past 18 months ha ha ha

    i ruined it today after all. I forgot my nan made me a xmas cake and so I figured I may as well try and get it out of the way before it goes off. Also found the ice cream that hubby 2 be wont eat. Lets see how badly this goes for tomo haha! Thing is I know I can afford to lose the weight slowly and so I do struggle with will power. I dont think I have gone overly off the rails tho whereas before I would have a day off and eat EVERYTHING!

    exactly. I cant stop at one thing. I figure 'oh well ive ruined it now' even when I probably havent so then end up wrecking it properly. Alternatively I can be far too strict causing hubby to be to force me to eat something. I need to get focussed properly and sensibly.

    Oh I'm dreading my weigh in on Tuesday as all I;ve done all weekend is eat and drink (it's my birthday tomorrow too.) Having my folks, sister and brother round for a curry tonight (but it is a WW one) and had garlic prawns for starter followed by chicken and tomato pasta yesterday (went for birthday lunch with my friends) but then topped it up with 3 bottles of wine, lager, cocktails and prosecco - doh!

    Oh my god im now 11 stone and 8lbs. My weight seems to be going up instead of down and with all this chocolate in the house from xmas it seems im being tempted all the time lol. So since last week i have put another 1lb on

    I made the turkey burgers as planned, last nights dinner was extreamly yummy. As of 3pm i am at work for 24 hours so need to plan my days food. I need dinner for today, breakfast and lunch for tomorrow and snacks.
    I have a couple of last nights turkey burgers left which i may take in and have with rice, sweetcorn, cucumber and left over mango coleslaw.
    Might have fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast tomorrow and then jacket potato with baked beans for lunch. I will take fruit, hard boiled eggs and a hifi bar in with me for snacking on, and i think maybe a bag of ryvita minis for tomorrow.

    H2b made me a full english breakfast in bed syn free this morning, was soooo yummy and such a brilliant start to the day. :D
    I am hoping that the pizza and alcohol from friday wont have effected my weigh in too badly on tuesday.

    Well after eating a piece of crimbo cake, ice cream and going out for meal (though admitedly the meal was only 600 cals) I still lost half a pound last night. I am bloody lucky! Thought I would gain esp after looking at my weight the night before which was heavier than the previous nights (I weight myself twice a day to check water levels etc). Was so relieved. So to try to be good today anyways I had a ww shep pie for lunch and am having a gru sainsburys spinach and ricotta canelloni for my tea.

    Its Steak and chips in our house tonight. I feel like I have eaten like a queen all day. I had a full english and now I am having steak and chips.

    Im not feeling great so can't say im in the eating mood! My asthma is bad and im full of a cold. Hope I feel better tomorrow as I am back to work..

    Weighed myself Friday for the first time 13.5st. And tried my dress on today not as desperate as expected but I definately have alot to lose there's about 3 inches between the zip. Problem is its mainly my chest which weight loss won't really help!

    Oct12, i lost 5lb in my first week :)
    So far have done over 1.5 stone since 12th oct so am doing ok and according to my progress chart i am set to be at under 10 stone by the wedding :D My target weight is 9 stone as thats whats perfectly healthy bmi for my height (between 8 and 10 stone so i wanted right in the middle) so i might see if i could push myself, maybe a couple of weeks with 2/3 superfree instead of 1/3.
    How lovely it would be to make target by my wedding.

    I went in on my own and was made to feel extreamly welcome. But i guess that is down to personal preferance if you would feel comfortable going alone. You could always look online for your nearest group that suits you and then phone the consultant for a chat so she is expecting you and greets you with a smile when you arrive?
    It cost me £4.95 joining fee and £4.95 each week. I always stay to group so i get the value for my money rather than just paying to weigh. I get lots of support and have made friendships at group. I now have ladies on my fb who are a constant source of support and encouragement for me and we share photos of our meals and recipes etc...

    Oh wow blondmumma thats great. I have had a few naughty snacks so I am not execting huge amounts. Friday was a bit of a pig out night after the stress of having to do a presentation and me and mark shared a bag of sweets. So naughty xx

    I started SW at the end of september. I was starting to wear a size 18 jeans, since then i have lost 1st 5lbs. i am now starting to fit back into my size 16s and even bought a size 14 jacket at the weekend. my aim is to go dress shopping and only try 14 on.

    but like some of you ladies,i have always had big boobs. at the moment im a G cup but even when i was a size 14 i was a F cup. has this made finding a dress hard for you?

    I've had my first weigh in today and I've lost 3.4lbs so I'm happy!

    Lozzatea I had a similar wish to you before I went dress shopping but you probably will find you still need to get a bigger dress to fit your boobs and then get it altered to fit your waist, that's what I'm having to do! Also, the shops tend to only stock one size in each design so you don't get to choose what size you try on! But luckily as lots are lace up you can still get a good idea what they look like whether it is a size 12 or a size 18! Well done on the 1st 5lbs loss by the way!

    Someone mentioned the Dukan Diet at work and they've steadily lost a stone and a half by doing it. Has anyone heard of it and are there any recipe/menu ideas?

    well done to all the girls that have lost weight. I've got my next weigh in a fortnight on Sunday. (it's once every 4 weeks). I'm thinking that may be too long and may have to buy some scales so can weigh myself around the 2 week mark. Just so I've got some encouragement mid month x

    A girl at work went to start the Dukan the other month and she got her books and meal plans from Amazon - apparently after 1 day she couldn't do it so re-sold all her books and quit - apparently she felt really hungry and was totally craving carbs, but I've seen read ups that sound like it works, but she says it because people on it don't eat anything!

    wow well done to eveyone who lost weight, and if you didnt dont stress over it too much, we all have our bad weeks or days.
    I didnt do any zumba yesterday but did spend hours saturday walking round and round shops.
    Did half hour today though and even OH said she can see and tell the difference already, she says i am much more active etc.

    I just had omelette, chips and bacon. Feel stuffed but I still have a fruit salad to much on. Think that can wait till later.

    Its my weigh day tomorrow, god I am so nervous. I will be so upset if I haven't lost anything. Although I have been a bit naughty today. I had some home baked cake that a patient brought in and a little cadbury freddie.

    thanks, I have lost loads this week. I was 9st 4.75lbs a week ago today and I have only been trying once this week! I have been finishing off xmas cake and one night ate all of the indian snacks from the freezer and ice cream. I was so shocked and amazed and so happy yey :) Maybe they sped up my metabolism? Yeah that must be it because one day I got told off on here for not eating enough so maybe those goodies sped me up a bit :)
    Been good today tho. Had cereal for breakfast, yog for break, soup for lunch, for tea I have had spaghetti carbonara (100g pasta, and Lloyd grossman sauce as its 180 cals plus 350 cals from pasta so thats not bad), nicked some of daves chicken I brought him... cant resist cooked chicken and melon. No idea how many cals are in chicken and didnt weigh it but didnt go mad.
    Woke up full of cold today tho :( Not impressed. Just want to go bed but thats not a good idea after eating pasta.

    I am keeping up with the zumba, though i only managed 15 minutes this morning not 25, my hips were just too sore to carry on anymore after that, but I have been out and about doing some errands, and i dont drive so walk almost everywhere unless i need to get a train or bus for a longer journey.

    Really dont want to weigh myself as only done zumba 4 days out of 5 and am worried I havent lost anything yet.
    But my OH says my ass is getting smaller, does that mean she thinks it was big? LOL

    Tried a top on yesterday and it looked too big, and my slim fit jeans are now so big i can get them on and off without undoing the buttons or zip!

    Well done ladies for loosing weight, and i hope everyones weigh in's are going well this week

    thats what I do. I measured everything (except the chicken today tut tut tut) but I always measure and stick to the recommended servings. I find it helps considerably. My hubby to be and I both filled cereal bowls to what we thought was a portion. I measured mine. He didnt. His weighed 70g and a serving size is 30g. He was so shocked.

    I've managed to lose 5lbs. But I think those 5lbs go up and down a lot. Hopefully I can make steady progress now I've got them off and keep losing!

    I eat soup most lunches but I have to say it takes a while to get into it as I am normally hungry. Also, I get so bored of it. Tomorrow, I am going to have a tin of tuna (with beans and tomatos), 100g cottage cheese and cucumber sticks. A random combination I know but I figured the tuna was better than ham in terms of protein? I dont know. May end up taking ham as at least that goes a bit better. Yes. Now I re-reat this I realise what a random combination that was originally haha! Then thurs is ww night so will be having crappy soup for lunch... see and I used to love soup :( Defo why I am having to now mix it up. Dont know what to have for tomorrow night for tea yet though. May have that spinach and ricotta canelloni since its ww on thurs and I am heavier than I was and will probably get told off.
