I'm going to have xmas day as a massive cheat day and enjoy it and then be good for the rest of xmas. I know i'll still gain but if I'm good after it might go away before I can get my hands on some scales. x

Well done elliekitty, you'll be a local celeb. I'm going to eat what I want on Christmas Day then after that try & be good. If I gain then I gain, there's no point ruining my lovely christmas dinner by picking through it. I also have ordered a Zumba DVD for a wee game console off bEay so this will hopefully be my exercise regime for the new year. Really want to get to target in 2013 so need to get my mind on it & give myself a mental kick in the butt.

aww know that feeling well, my cup size went down and the woman in the shop said oh if youre loosing weight the cup size goes before the back size but then your cup wont go any smaller, liar! Gone from a DD to a C :(

I tried my dress with and without a bra and im definitly wearing a bra! Ive just bought one of them new wonder bras and it looks like moulded hands lol. Going to put that on with the dress tomorrow and if it looks ok then I'll probably wear that on the day. I need one with quite a low back thats the only issue. I said I wanted sleeves but then I put my dress on and was like 'yeah looks like im having a strapless dress then' but got a veil to hide my arms lol xx

aw how did dress fitting go?
yeh all i hear people talk about is those hand moulded wonderbras...thats what im thinking of going for myself!

My mum thinks I'm silly for wanting to go for a run on xmas morning lol.

Why not go for a run, I won't be eating until 3pm anyway so I've got time to do it!!

Ha ha, I've done really well with the running, usually I'd of given up if it was something else, but I'm really enjoying it, soI'm trying to keep it into a routine which means it falls on xmas day lol

Anyone else doing couch to 5K?? I've decided that instead of LOOKING at the tyre currently living around my middle, I need to be proactive and start doing something. I refuse to give up carbs completely because I'd rather have a 'healthy plate' approach to food; obviously I will be cutting down the amount of carbs I eat, but not cutting them out. My start weight is 10st 4.8lbs, my target is 9st 7lbs. My wedding is 235 days away, my dress fitting is 3 weeks away haha!!

I started yesterday and the point is to start small and build yourself up.

Day 1: 0.83 mile. 10mins 16secs. Average 12min 17secs mile. --- Not bad for a first run. I felt like death.

Day 2: 0.81 mile. 08min 34secs. Average 10min 27secs mile --- almost died, but happy to have shaved time off!!

Any tips, ladies? xxx

Try and up your exercise? Start small, few little runs a week and then build it up xxx

it takes a while to see results on the scales i find.. you slim really quickly then you plateau for a bit whilst your body sorts itself out.. keep at it, dont lose heart xxx

keep motivated, i find as well, drink loads of water and flush your system, can lose quite a bit from retained water!!!!

im also going for a colonic in the new year, can lose up to 25lbs!

I didnt go for a swim last night but i did do 30DS, doubt i'll get to do it every day but a couple of times a week has to be better than nothing. congrats on the loss Kimi xx

Ive had a request for a coffee cake, bit random, and a rum cake. H2b's mate is living with us for a few weeks and saw me making fairy cakes and asked if I could try a coffee cake (easy enough) and now hes just posted a status saying 'recipie for rum cake found, there is a god!'
