    hey ladies,

i did type this into the search engine and nothing came up so i hope no has already posted this.

what would you ladies say is the better diet plan.

i used to do weight watchers and lost loads on it and found it easy to follow, but i have now started slimming world and im struggling to stay on it.

i was just wondering, for thoose of you who have tried both, which did you find suited you more?

LOL to the title, good job most people scan read :)
Ive just gone back to WW and although I was puzzled by this new Pro Points system it is easy once you get into it.
I also did SW but couldnt get on with it as there is no limit to the food you can eat and I need limits lol xx

i feel the same, iv just looked at there website and they are doing an online promotion where if you jion the online instead of paying for the 30 quid online fee and 30 for the monthly you only pay 30 quid.

i think i need the new book though as i have the old one with just points in.

I went to my 1st weigh in on Tuesday, paid £12 for the monthly pass and then joined it online and it will cost me £19.99. Their website is fantastic too, every morning I decide what we are having for tea and put it in the recipie builder and it tells me how many points it is :D
Also you now get a daily allowance and a weekly allowance which means if you need a bad moment or you are out for dinner it can fit in and not ruin your points.
Fingers crossed for my weigh in on Tuesday, was naughty this morning and stood on the scales and I have lost 3lbs :D xx

I've never tried slimming world but I know a few friends who do this and have had great results. I do weight watchers and have lost 3 1/2 stone on it last year - everyone is different but whatever you chose, you need will power lol. Good luck with whatever you chose mrslewis2b :-)

I've never tried slimming world. I was considering trying it but then WW changed the points system and i love it now. I'm finding it really easy to live with and theres room for last minute meals out etc without messing up. Love the 49 weekly points

I used to love sw and found it easy to stick to but then gave up! I had tried the old ww points before also and really didn't like it couldn't get my head around etc! But then the new pro points system came out! And i think it is fab!! Its really easy to follow and understand!

I'm in the weight watchers camp! Lol

I've never really fancied doing slimming world (don't think I could follow the different days lol) but I did weight watchers a few years ago and lost around 4 stone in about 16-18 months. At the moment I'm not using either, but still have all the ww literature and roughly know the points for most foods.

I could only lose 2 stone on slimming world and i quickly put weight on once I started mixing the red and green days up. But i believe they have a different plan now.
On Weight Watchers i've managed to lose 6 and a half stone and am managing to maintain it - although need to get one more stone off so need to lose some points.
So I think weight watchers is best! x

i am on sw. i have a friend and sister on ww and i really dont like the sound of it.
i have been doing sw for 4 weeks and have lost nearly half a stone, although i would be doing better if i didnt drink at the weekend. that really is my downfall.

h2b is eating all the same as me and he has lost half a stone already xx
