Well, quite restrained at BBQ - just ate a few too many pretzels..... only had one chicken skewer and one prawn one apart from that, oh, and a bottle of wine. Oops. Never mind, back to being incredibly self controlled this week!

Well, i've been trying to eat healthy (with the occasional treat) but my weight has basically just been sticking. I'm hoping this week i'll have lot a little though as i've been starting to use the wii again (dont have a wii fit board but have a fitness game)... i've not weighed myself in 2 weeks so i expect to see some improvements

I have had a belly bug over the weekend and my IBS means that the cramping is still an issue so my appetite has vanished too. Looks like I would have lost some weight now!!! lol. I know it's not good but I only ate a sandwich (ham, lettuce and cucumber on 50/50 bread), and a small flapjack today!! Gonna take my weight at the docs as my starting point for losing it as it's been so long since weighing myself on scales that were not a bit dodgy!!! lol. Gonna have to invest in a new set I think!!! lol. xxx

I have had such a disastorous blow cos I've been told not to do any high impact exercise on my dodgy knee - that's all I usually do - aerobics and circuits. So I'll have to try harder with the diet, which is hard enough cos I've hardly any food budget left til I get paid next thurs and have to eat the frozen and tinned stuff! too hard!!!!

yeah I'm gonna go to one of the instructors and ask for a programme for upper body, and I can do sit ups etc. Think I'll be ok on the cross trainer and swimming will be fine so i can still do a fair bit - just not all the things I usually do! But might be nice to have a change anyway! Well tonight we are having pasta arribiata, should be able to find some frozen veg to bulk it out and will need to steer clear of the garlic bread! So hard! x

lol. Still feeling dodgy :s Found out at the docs that I have lost about half a stone and I have an appointment for a couple weeks time for the thyroid test. :) Starting to get appetite back slowly but whenever I eat, I get the cramping again, IBS tablets are not working anymore so got another appointment next week to discuss a change in meds!! :s
Had a pleasant surprise last night though, took my Wedding Dress out of the box again to have another look at it and found that what I thought was a bin bag in the bottom of the box is actually a black see-through shawl!!!! Still undecided as to whether I will actually wear it though! lol. xxxxx

I've been using a mini stepper with bungee bands that we bought from a supermarket beginning with S for £30.... as an alternative to a cross trainer as we don't really have the space. Really loving it..... think it's really effective.... and great cos it hardly takes up any space as well! would highly recommend!

Also i am trying to lose the baby weight i still have :( i have lost some of it(about half i think) would very much like to get back my pre pregnancy body, but will be happy with being close to it lol I really need to get back on the Wii Fit as i have never went to a gym, kinda shy about it and also got no one to go with. xx

Hey guys well I managed to stick to my weight watchers points yesterday for first time in ages - and saved 2 points cos I'm going out for friends birthday at weekend. It was much harder than I remember tho - about 8pm I was starving and had to drink tea to stave off the hunger - had about 3 cups then I was wide awake til 3 am!!! And still went to bed hungry! Hopefully it'll get easier as I get used to it! x
