Thats great news Leanne, well done! You sort of get it in your head that you have to do it don't you... God help anyone that stands in my way, lol....
My official weigh day is tomorrow but I was cheeky and jumped (not literally) on the scales this morning and I have lost 13.5 llbs is 3 weeks. I am sooo chuffed. Eat and drink as norm, nothing changed, just introduced Zumba.
I have never been sooo determined in my life to succeed. Although Stu paid me a compliment today and I didnt take it very well, lol! xx

ANOTHER 4 pounds this week! that's a stone now in three weeks. loving the fact that i can stick to slim fast and loose weight this quick but apparently it's not recommended long term and i have lots more weight to loose and 9 months till the wedding. what's everyone else doing that's been effective?

I have been doing my own "liquid" diet. i make a big pan of soup in the afternoon and just have some whenever i feel hungry. my fave is chicken and sweetcorn (blitz the sweetcorn so its just got a few bits in then add it to chicken stock, put in some noodles if you want them and a bit of chopped onion and some sliced chicken and its ready- really nice) i have 2 slices of toast for breakfast so i have something solid but then have nothing else but the soup all day, i lost 6lb in my 1st week xx

Sophie thats great, well done! Its true, slimfast isnt good long term.. But hey, for the time being it helps hey!
I have about 2.5/3 stone to loose and I get wed Oct 2011.
I'm just eating normally at the moment. but I dont eat a lot in reality. Hmmm. I like savoury things too much, lol! I try not to eat any kind of bread.. I'll have cereal in the morn, nuts and a piece of fruit in the day and a dinner or bowl of cereal in the evening, depends what I am doing that night. Would hate to have a big meal then go to Zumba, would be sick, lol!
Angela thats great, I love soup too... I might even have a go at that you know. Do you ever put meat in it? xxxx
