Ever since I got engaged I have put on loads of weight, thing is I don't even know how as I haven't changed my eating habits and do the same amount of excersise, I really really need to lose about a stone - it was only going to e half a stone but somehow I've put on more weight! I need to be able to lose weight quickly, however I don't haventhe time to make meals as I'm at Uni or at work and I have a tight budget. Please help!

Not sure what to suggest if you are still doing the same amount of exercise and eating the same. Steve is the same as you, he eats healthy and his work keeps him active but hes still put on a few pounds. He bought some tablets like alli and they break down fat quicker or someting and also make him feel fuller quicker. Tho from your pic you dont look like you need to lose much if anything (-: so you may need to speak to someone if you opt for the tablet type things. xxx

Lol in the pic it doesnt I hadn't put it on then ha ha no I can't go on anything like that as our BMI has to be a certain height, it's just sooo annoying it's been the last few months I've noticed the increase, and because I'm short I don't have to put-on too much weight before I look huge lol
